chelsea have received some good news over Arsenal target Petr Cech with the ‘keeper in talks over a move to Paris Saint Germain, according to the Mirror.
Jose Mourinho has declared he would like to keep hold of the stopper but admitted he would prefer him to go abroad if he does leave – and now looks like getting his wish.
The Blues stopper is set to confirm he will leave the club in the summer with the west Londoners demanding £10m from would-be suitors.
Cech has been behind Thibaut Courtois – 10 years his junior – in the Stamford Bridge pecking order this season and has insisted he will not be warming the bench again next season.
Cech has only made six Premier League appearances this season and is ready to cut ties with the Blues after 11 years at the club.
Cech’s agent, Viktor Kolar, says that the Blues have given him permission to discuss a move with interested parties.
And, as it stands, PSG are now in the driving seat to land the Blues legend.
